At Personalized Star Gifts, we strive for perfection in every celestial keepsake; however, if your custom order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a 30-day return window to ensure your satisfaction. Please note that due to the custom nature of our star maps and engraved gifts, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue within 30 days of delivery.
Provide Documentation
Attach clear photos of the product and packaging if the item arrived damaged or if there was an error in the personalization.
Receive Return Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Refund or Replacement
After we receive and inspect your item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a corrected replacement at no extra cost.
